As a Room Service Sales Agent you are responsible to co-ordinate all service requirements addressed to Room Service department, Primarily responsible for guest orders from room via phone or any other ordering devices like mobile apps, TV etc.

To serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by coordinating all inquiries, booking and selling of the main product of the Food & Beverage - Restaurants.
